A long, long time ago in a land far, far away we got hungry for something exotic. By pure chance, I picked up a case of what we thought were greenish sweet potatoes. When we peered into the box, these creatures were staring right back at us! They were gnarly and sticky, green and icky muppet-like creatures! After a deep breath, I washed them in our kitchen sink and to our delight, they came to life and began sharing recipes that were so mind blowing, so incredibly delicious, it was like having our very own Michelin Chef.
